It’s easy to say that you have made the right decisions in life because you are doing fairly well today. And yes, you did.
But have you ever wondered what if you made different choices?
You pursued a job in this state because it is where your family and friends are. You took up your course because that’s what you are good at but not necessarily what you are passionate about.
What if you took a job elsewhere? What if you took up another college major, one that you really wanted to do, instead of the relatively safe course that you did?
Maybe your life would have been so much different today, or maybe not. You could be richer or perhaps poorer. You don’t know what would have happened, but you know this for sure: You wouldn’t wonder what if.
We often stay away from things because they are out of our comfort zone. We don’t do things because that would take up extreme effort on our part or disrupt our schedule. We tell ourselves we are just being practical about life, but are we sure we aren’t missing out on life altogether?
Breaking out of our comfort zone is never easy, but it could be rewarding and fulfilling. Learn more about why you should do it and how from the infographic below.
